"Okay we get it you both are in love~" Rachel interjected. Anna and I both blushed heavily.
"Well, then we have 3 hours to get ready," I said standing up.
"Let's do this," Rachel answered

Third Person POV
"Are you going?" Anna questioned Rachel.
"No, but I'm bored."
"Wow," Anna sighed to which Ava just rolled her eyes.
After two and a half hours of getting ready, the two girls finished. "Hey, Rachel is Cam going?" Ava thought it was odd if only she and Anna were going. Anna got a personal invite from Mathew just like Ava.
"I think? If so she got it from Belle," She held up a finger "BUT I do know Calleb and Adrian are going."
"Why aren't you?"
"Because I wasn't invited. Duh. Plus I don't mind parties aren't my thing and mingling and stuff." Ava just laughed in response.
"ANNA YOU READY!" Ava yelled directed towards the bathroom door.
She walked out wearing a beautiful high low dress that trailed behind her. It had a sweetheart neckline and was off the shoulders. To complete the dress it was a creamy white color with little gold stars dotting the dress to complete the look. Her dark brown hair fell in love curls around her caramelized skin.
"d.a.m.n. Okay, my turn!" Ava rushed to find all of her stuff.
Soon Ava walked out in a beautiful white dress. The top was cover in purple b.u.t.terfly's which slowly descended to the bottom of the dress. Her hair was in a braided crown and had little white b.u.t.terflies in it.
"How do I look?" Ava questioned suddenly feeling self-conscious.
"Amazing!" The other two sad in unison.
"But-" She was cut off when the two girls started gushing over each other even though Rachel wasn't going. Though Ava was still self-conscious because of the st.i.tches holding her lip together after the fight. Thankfully her dress was floor-length -unlike Anna's- to hide her bruises.
"You better go or you're going to be late," Rachel announced pushing them through the door. It was easy enough to find the ballroom. All you had to do was follow the music. And that's what they did. They slowly descended down the staircase. Both girls could feel all the looks they were receiving.
"Why is everyone staring at us?" Anna whispered whipping her hair in Avas face a little.
"Because we look stunning." Ava felt a surge of confidence go through her.

Mathew POV
I was talking to my brother about the death of our late father when suddenly the room went quiet. I looked towards the staircase to find both Anna and Ava defending the stairs. My eyes ran over her body and must I say she looked stunning. Her brown girls falling down her shoulders delicate shoulders. A piece of hair for in her face and I had a sudden urge to push it out of her face. How much I wanted to be the one walking her down instead of Ava. Soon her eyes meet mine. Chocolate brown met cold hard steel. I swallowed hard my Adam's apple bobbing.

Thomas POV
I turned my head to see where Mathew was looking only to be met with a pair of warm hazel eyes. Ava's eyes to be exact. I looked at her, my mouth slightly agape. The way the dress just from off her body. I looked back up to see a slight blush forming on her rosy cheeks. How the h.e.l.l am I suppose to keep my hands to myself!

Ava POV
When we hit the bottom of the stairs I saw Mathew and Thomas heading our way. Any confidence I once had disappeared. I became self-conscious again and touched my st.i.tches unconsciously. I looked around frantically looking for an excuse to leave. My eyes roamed the crowd until I found a head of blond hair and a pair of your eyes.
"I'll be right back. I forget to tell Cam something." I muttered and with that, I scurried off. I could feel their eyes burning holes in my back but I didn't look back as I continued to run off.

Most of the night went by in a blur as I talk to Cam in till Adrian asked her to dance. My back leaned against one of the marble pillars holding up the balcony above. It was a cool night outside considering it was summer. The party ended up being outside in the gardens. String lights hung from the different trees. While the stars shined bright overhead illuminating the ink-black sky.
"Why did you run away?" A voice said from behind me. U turned around to be met with the eyes of Anna.
"Because..." I trailed off not knowing how to explain it.
"You became self-conscious of yourself. Didn't you. I saw you touch your lip. Ava, you're beautiful. Stop denying it." She put a hand on my shoulder and gave me a rea.s.suring smile.
"Why aren't you dancing?" She just gave me a look.
"Oh right the other incident. Do you know if that girl had to quiet the team."
"I think." She heaved a deep sigh. Even though it's been a couple of months you knew it still troubled her deep down.
"Oh look her comes b.u.t.ter-face." Sure enough
Juliet comes waltzing up to the pair with her supposed minions not too far behind.
"Ava what a pleasant surprise to see you."
"Cut the bull." A sneer firming on your face.
"Looks like I did hit you after all." She smirked, her green eyes blazing with disgust. You couldn't see the st.i.tches but you knew they were there.
"And who are those two behind you?"
"This is Somya and Macy." Somya loomed similar to Anna except her hair was a deep ink black that matched the night sky. Macy on the other hand had dirty blonde hair that was dyed green. Her blue eyes much like Juliet's eyes her eyes held disgust.
"Whats a low life sc.u.m like you doing Macy spat venom coming out.
"Because I invited her." A voice said behind me. I dared not turning around but form the looks on everyone's faces I knew who it was.
"You can't hide forever." His husky voice whispered against me ear. At that point, I knew my face was burning up. There goes my night, I thought.
