Little Bell was frightened by Thousand Face's expression. 

She was so scared that she stopped faking it, screaming at him, “Why can't you let me go? I've done nothing wrong!” 

“You've done nothing wrong?” Thousand Face threw his head back and laughed, “You dare to say you didn't trick the Night Prince into going to where Ye Ji wanted him to go? That if it wasn't for you helping her, Ye Ji wouldn't have succeeded? If she becomes the future consort to the Night Prince, what about you? You're just a little clown, would she even remember you? How did master wrong you, for you to be so ungrateful and cruel?” 

“How dare you criticise me?” Little Bell's face was pale from being yelled at, she glared at him. 

Her finger then pointed to Lou Qingwu, hard, “How dare you say she didn't wrong me? How could she not have? I hate her to death. If it wasn't for her, how could my master have died with a grudge?” 

Thousand Face heard this and got so angry he began to laugh, “Su Sheng died with hatred in her heart? As if she left because of my master? That was a path she choose, also! Listen carefully, if it wasn't for my master saving you in the beginning, your master would've died a long time ago!” 

“But even then, at least my master wouldn't have died with such resentment and hatred! If it wasn't for her, how would my master have known that it wasn't Mu Yunqing who killed her, then at least she wouldn't have died with her eyes open!” 

“So your point is that if it was Mu Yunqing who killed her, then she would've been able to die peacefully?” 

Thousand Face really felt like if he wasn't the one going crazy, then it was definitely Little Bell who was crazy.

He never knew that someone would be able to twist words like this! 

“I don't care, I just hate her to death! I need to take revenge for my master!” 

“d.a.m.n it …” Thousand Face grew furious, he only hated he couldn't rip out Little Bell's heart to see what colour it was! 

How could someone spin the truth like this? 

“Thousand Face.” Lou Qingwu, who had been silent, finally spoke. 

Her calmly called for Thousand Face to retreat, before slowly straightening her body and walking in front of Little Bell. 

She didn't say anything. 

She just looked at her from above. 

Little Bell felt guilty as Lou Qingwu watched her, she grew restless and turned away, “You … what are you looking at me for?” 

“Nothing, I just wanted to see what else you could say.” 

“What do you mean?” Little Bell shuffled backwards. 

Lou Qingwu looked at her, her lips curled up. 

But her eyes had no laughter in them. 

Her whole body gave off an uncomfortable and creepy feeling. 

When Little Bell saw her hand move towards her, she suddenly screamed, “What are you doing?!” 

Lou Qingwu didn't reply. 

She narrowed her eyes at Little Bell's slightly yellow eyes, before suddenly reaching out and grabbing her wrist. 

After a second, she let go. 

Lou Qingwu lowered herself, her beautiful face just centimetres from Little Bell's. 

Her cold voice made Little Bell suck in a breath and in the next moment, heard Lou Qingwu's voice as if it came from h.e.l.l, very low and cold, “Little Bell, ah, are you really taking revenge for Su Sheng? Or are you just trying to save yourself?” 

Little Bell's heart stopped for a second, her face growing even more pale, “You, what nonsense are you speaking of?”

TL note:  

Because it's been so long, Su Sheng is the lady that LQW helped find out that Mu Yunqing (her ex-fiance), actually didn't cause her to be sold to a brothel. It was actually another woman who was crus.h.i.+ng on Mu Yunqing who a.s.sumed his ident.i.ty.

I took another day off work :^ )) (there's gonna be another chapter tomorrow!!)
